Next you need to upload it to your website. Make a separate folder for this, do not upload it in the same folder as your current forum. So, for example, if your current forum is at www.yoursite.com/phpbb2 you should upload this to www.yoursite.com/phpbb3. Your phpBB2 can still be running at this time.
