Time Based Greetings

You can use PHP to look up the current time and date. Using this information you can give your users different greetings. In our Time Based Greetings script, we check to see what time of day it is and greet the user with Good Morning, Good Afternoon or Good Evening accordingly.
What if your server is not in the same time zone as you are? My server is off by 2 hours so at 1:00 PM It is still saying good morning!
